This hotel is closed, today I was the victim of booking a hotel, until the hotel met with security saying that the hotel was closed.

Friendly staff. The only thing lacking is the cleanliness of the hotel area and inside the room, the room smells a bit, the bathroom too. Other than that it is very good, access to find food and snacks is very very good,

Nearby mosque and food breakfast lunch and dinner. Convenience store and as well as traditional food and shops for Muslims and Muslimah dress around the corner.

Reasonable. For transit. If it's for a week maybe, no. Toilet not cleaned. TV and wifi don't work. The lock and door to the room are problematic (difficult to lock, you have to do it over and over again) Hopefully it can be better.

The AC wasn't cold at all, the bathroom was dirty, the bedsheet had holes. Why is it still used? No towels. Luckily you brought your own towel. Plus, it's only safe to park motorbikes, if you can park the car in front, but it might be a bit difficult if you want to get out at busy times. Because it is used for parking for pilgrims too. Very close to Sunan Ampel's grave, security and receptionist are very friendly. Good service, but super bad facilities.

We came at night after a pilgrimage. I was given a bad room with an ordinary bathroom, after that I was given another 120 room which was okay, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was not bad compared to the old one 😅 but the price was even cheaper. I think it's still expensive, because the broadcast TV is broken, the lights are dark 🤭.

In terms of service: the check-in process is difficult, the wait is long and the staff is not friendly, answer only as needed. In terms of place: for the price it really doesn't match the place. Dirty, stuffy room, yellow faucet water. The front light of the bathroom doesn't have a bulb, so it turns off. G there is a night light. The bathroom door is broken, there is no handle and no key. The TV is just a display, the staff said all the TVs are broken. AC g given remote. What's worse, they say there is wifi but in reality there isn't, it doesn't appear at all. After being asked, the staff said they were only around the receptionist. sucks. Where's the signal yesterday, it's so slow. G feels at home, sorry.

Cleanliness is not satisfactory, the water is also not clean. But at that price, it's okay if you just sleep last night. From the tomb and the Ampel mosque, just walk, very close.

Tempatnya bagus bersih nyaman, kalau untuk ziarah atau yang nginap semalam dua malam, hotel ini worth it sih, WiFi saya belum nyoba, kalau paket mending pake kartu Telkomsel, dikasih handuk juga, ya. Sesuai harga lah.

Tempat parkir sempit, bahkan parkir di depannya hotel bayar ke tukang parkir. Televisi gak ada remotnya sehingga tidak berfungsi meski sudah diminta ke resepsionis, dengan enteng dijawab ‘gak ada’. Handuknya cuma satu, bau apek lagi. Resepsionisnya juga sering menghilang karena cuma satu orang. Selimutnya juga tipis dan tidak bisa dibuat berdua. Air di kamar dikasih 4 mineral kemasan gelas. Pokoknya banyak mengecewakan. Padahal dulunya tidak begitu. Ini harga kamarnya lebih mahal tapi mengecewakan.

Not recommended for a long time, 1-2 hours is okay, KM smells, TV doesn't work, 4 glasses of mineral water, stuffy room.
