A hotel with large, classic rooms, the air conditioner is old school but the air conditioner works well. Adjacent to the tourist center of gondoriah pariaman beach. The stairs are too steep, not safe for children

Expensive price. It doesn't match the hotel facilities. The bathroom was really dirty, a lot of damage starting from the door, floor, toilet plus the smell of the bathroom. The bedroom also smells musty. The balcony terrace is small and very dirty, my goodness, not really. Many animals. There are a thousand caterpillars, cockroaches, sorry. The food at the cafe also doesn't wear gloves, where it's not closed, there are lots of flies sticking to the food. Guests also take crackers by hand. It's enough, I'm not going to stay at this hotel. The old hotel has never been renovated and is dirty. No wifi either. No Recommended! Sorry, this is an honest review.

I stayed here with my family, booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, when we asked the clerk for help to provide hot water to make milk for the children, I knew what we got, the officer asked my wife to take it herself, we didn't even know where the water heater was his. Until the next day we saw another officer and he was willing to help us. Room cleanliness really needs attention, when guests stay on day 2 standard services (cleaning, changing towels and replacing mineral water) should not be asked again. Hopefully the future will be better.

The old building is poorly maintained, the rooms are not clean, the bathroom water is leaking and the balcony on the terrace is narrow. Breakfast facilities are lacking, because we had breakfast at 8 in the morning, it was almost up. Which should be filled with food again.
