Untuk kebersihan kamar, sepray, handuk, kamar mandi, saya acungin jempol, air panas untuk mandi yang super deras, luar biasa. Tata lampu yang baik dan cukup terang buat kamar jadi makin nyaman. Banyak kuliner diseputaran hotel, nasi goreng jalan pandu + sate kerang dan lain kuliner di jalan semarang. Pokoknya hotel ini nyaman deh untuk di tempati selama explore kota medan. Bagi yang bawa koper besar. Agak merepokan karena masih menggunakan akses tangga. Apalagi dapat kamar lantai 4 atau 5.
