Beware of this hotel, most especially if you're booking via a 3rd party site or an app.
1. For no reason they downgraded our room from quad sharing room to a double room. I had no choice to accept since all other rooms were already fully occupied - me & my wife were a bit late to check in at around 3pm. Even if our other couple friends did not arrive you cannot just downgrade customer's booking without their knowledge or permission.
2. The most B.S. part was that they placed us in a connecting room, beside a group of friends who were drinking, laughing, talking, which can be easily heard since they were connected rooms. In fact our neighboors served as our alarm clock at 6am, laughing & talking their hearts out. Who books a connecting room with those you don't know, sealed by a small door? No privacy at all!
3. Worst customer service hotel/apartelle whatever you call it, I experienced in my entire life! When you talk to their staff most especially the lady staff in the lobby, you're like talking to a statue. It seemed that she's just there to give the keys. I also had the chance to talk to their owners because of the downgrade & the connecting rooms issue, but they care, you would not get any reasonable or sensible answer.
4. No free towels on check in, you have to rent.
P.S. I mean no harm to your business, but you should treat your customers right. We customers are not correct all the times, but you guys should be more reasonable & respectful in your ways. So guys, think again when booking this place, it maybe cheaper when used in a 3rd party app or site. But in no freaking way I'm booking this hotel again. There are far more better hotels than this.
