living termite moving around, and dusty room, need to follow up for the towel and room cleaning.

Second time to stay here , location is great , close to food , walking distance to BGC well this hotel in BGC, Ms Barny is great and helpful. There are some minor issue but consider none :)

A lot of cockroaches, a little one squirming to my arm when I was sleeping. The hot water doesn't work. The aircon is leaking. The exhaust is inside the room and make sudden noise every 1-2 hours. There is no refill for soap. To complete the trip the wifi error and we received support at 1 am which also didn't solve anything will never came back to this hotel again

The personal concierge was great. Pool was also nice. The place was a bit pricey but considering the location, it was a good short notice booking.

great! somehow they upgraded me to a whole apartment for free. The floor is dusty and internet is less stable but it is fixed immediately after I've called the housekeeping. good service overall.

It's a great stay in Avant fort. The location is very strategic, close by food places and offices. Avant fort is more like serviced apartment that over daily stay and I stayed at the studio. It's really nice: big bed, cold AC, fast Wifi, hot water and free drinking water. The apt also completed with Fridge, oven, stove, and microwave. The downside is there is no breakfast.
