The room smells musty. If this can be improved, it would be an okay place to stay.

Good: Very good atmosphere. Seen from the front of the room (some rooms) Disadvantages: Employees (some people) are not sincere. It is not implanted in the service of a good hotel, use words and solutions to throw the fault to customers. Christmas trip Full prepayment is required by booking the room type at the time of booking. Check in at 4-5 pm. The resort is fully booked for other customers. And move my room to another room. (Not specified in the web) at the bottom of the resort. Looks old and very scary. I declined and told the resort that I needed the same room as I had booked. Convenient, clean rooms with hot water, refrigerator, well staffed. A minibus service road.
