This is advertised as Gracia "Spa" when in fact it is not. No spa is available. Available are some warm water swimming pools that are available to and shared with the public. Unfortunately, we were not informed about this at check-in and were embarrassed when we told to enter pool area we needed proof that we are guests. The unrequested phone calls at 7.30 am to ask if we wanted breakfast were a bit of a hindrance, especially when management was told we would take our breakfast in the restaurant before closing time at 10 am.

This was my second visit and my first with my family. The villa was in excellent condition, and the private hot tub was top-notch. The staff was kind and friendly. The waterfall is even better after the renovation.

This was my fifth stay at Gracia Resort. They have a private sulfur hot pool. It's one of the best places for healing.

We stayed for 4 days 3 nights and it was amazing. My son enjoyed everything so much. We still could work because the Wi-Fi is great. The room is spacious and the foods are delicious. The staff are very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Definitely a hidden gem.

The room is ok, the private hot water pool is ok, there is a beautiful waterfall close to the room, the food ordered from the restaurant is also delicious, really cool

On my son's birthday, we stayed here, and he was so happy to receive a cake and room decorations with all his wishes 🥰🥰 This hotel has become a favorite for our family, especially for my son, because it was so memorable 🥰🥰

All the staff here are very friendly and very helpful, the rooms are clean, there is a private bonfire in front of the villa which adds to the plus points, near the villa there is a waterfall tourist attraction, making the holiday atmosphere with children more memorable.

The staff was very helpful. My husband and I were locked in one of the rooms with a capacity of 3 rooms. The staff immediately followed up by changing the door lock without waiting for the next day.

Check-in and check-out times outside the weekend are still flexible, clean, comfortable, friendly, if there is a little trouble, they will respond immediately, the food is delicious, but the location of the up and down between villages is not friendly for the elderly, meaning it's breathless to walk..haha...in short, the best for Gracia..

I recommend staying here if you're planning to visit Ciater. I'm very satisfied with the staff service, facilities, room cleanliness, and the delicious breakfast. 👍

The villa is comfortable, clean, and has a cool, quiet atmosphere. Parking is right at the villa, so bringing your belongings in is easy. Overall, it's good. I'll be back next time 😀

It is highly recommended here, many people choose to go on vacation here, the place is cool, fresh, nice, there are tea plantations, clean air.

The room type was not provided in detail, the bathroom was narrow, when I wanted to go to the toilet I was blocked by the toilet door, the bottom of the swimming pool was dirty when I checked in, the toilet shower water came out small, there were lots of ants.

Very comfortable and clean, next time I will come back to stay here again
