The location is very strategic, the staff are very friendly, it's a shame the room is not very clean, the toilet water smells, the mattress is no longer suitable for use.

The staff was friendly and we were able to check in late at night. We stayed in a family room, which was dirty and smelled musty. The toilet was dirty, but the staff was willing to clean it and spray some room freshener. The wallpaper was mostly torn and peeling, so the room needs renovation. The room was at the end, so cell phone reception was a bit limited. The good news is that there was free food distributed to local residents in the morning. For a one-night stay, it's okay.

The room is quite nice. Worth it for the price of 200 thousand.

The door lock didn't work properly so I was worried when I went out. The TV didn't work, the room was damp. The pillowcases smelled like they hadn't been replaced, there was no doormat so my feet got wet when I went out of the bathroom. The room was dark because the lights were dim, the bedside table had broken legs so it was tilted. This was my first and last stay there!

The place is nice, far from the noise even though it is in the middle of the city, cool.

near the satay and lap gasibo building, it's great, there are lots of culinary delights every morning and lots of people do morning jogging at the lap.

Every time I go to Bandung, I always stay at this hotel because of its strategic location. There is also a coffee shop in the hotel area.

Only the bathroom is a bit less clean and in front of the room. I don't have a place to sit. The others do.

The bathroom toilet was clogged, so the water flooded the room.

Hotel location is quite near to Dago. But the sound from other room is still quite obvious so couldn't sleep well. The toilet facility need to be fixed.

Good enough for stay awhile and near from Gedung Sate

I used to stay in this hotel 7 years ago now I'm disappointed and it's getting worse today. They are no longer have 3-stars value. Dirty room, smelly water, they don't even bother to dust the surfaces. Cokroaches, water leaks, wallpapers are falling apart, broken mirror. They don't have any breakfast like it used to. I booked for 2 nights, ended up staying for few hours. It doesn't worth IDR >200k. Stay away from this lodge, many humble hostels are better than this. The fact that it is a Traveloka preferred partner should have been questioned. In term of cleanliness, it should have been delisted. It should be 1/10, and that's only because of it's proximity to the city center.

This is like a former boarding house turned into a hotel so the facilities are not like a hotel, in the standard room, the dirty toilet needs to be scrubbed and given harpic liquid and the bathroom also needs cleaning fluid for the walls and bathroom floor. The hot water is also a bit difficult to set to warm, the trash can, the mattress pillows have also been dirty for a long time and need to be updated. The cupboards and door wood are starting to break, the floor can also be updated. For families/private people it is not comfortable except for young people who just check in to the room. Sorry. Hopefully it will be input for future improvements. Thank you.

The room cleanliness is lacking, there are many mosquitoes. The bathroom cleanliness is lacking, the water is small, it feels dirty and filthy, there is a toke sound. Makes you scared.

Better stay away from this hotel.
