Great. Recommended. Clean and comfortable hotel. Planned to stay for 1 day but ended up extending to 3 days.

The concept is like an elite boarding house with a swimming pool. If you want to stay overnight, bring your own toiletries because they haven't been provided yet, in the room there is only a refrigerator and TV. There is no water heater but you can ask for hot water from the dispenser provided at the reception. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is comfortable and there is a view of the rice fields. Overall, it's really great to get the epic price here.

Clean room, basic yet clean bathroom with shower, rainshower, soap, shampoo, toothbrush, towels. Room is pretty spacious with big fridge and sink. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Car parking is a bit tight, if you bring big cars would be difficult.

This is my second time here. The room look exactly like the picture, very clean. The staff are super nice and helpful. The view is beautiful, you could see the padi field. Perfect location for me because its quite at night but walking distance to a lot of restaurants like Nook, Metis, Pison Coffee, 12min by scooter to tropicola and other beach bars. Would come again definitely. ❤

The room is spacious, staff are friendly, they have pool also. You can easily rent motorcycle with the help of the staff and the price is super affordable and not to mention a very easy access to Nook and Monsieur Spoon. Remarkable!

The hotel is nice near the city plus a beautiful view of rice fields. It's just that access to the hotel is very narrow, Use fortuner must be limited to folding mirrors and hotel parking so if you get in and out you have to take turns. Plus, it doesn't have a generator when it turns off.

It's great when I stayed at Kubu Bali for almost a week there. The room is quite large and semi studio apartment. Small adapur ad unfortunately is not equipped with cooking utensils and stoves but it does not matter because I am also not someone who likes to cook. The place was a bit entered in the alley but the view that I got was quite pleasant with views of the rice fields and it was very quiet when I stayed there. The service is quite good even though they do not serve house keeping to clean the room every day (per 2-3 days) but it doesn't matter. The point is I really recommend that you want to vacation in Bali and need accommodation at affordable prices and with a spacious room that is quite spacious suitable for families and with a quiet environment and has a decent view, it feels like being in Bali :) Also located in Kerobokan Seminyak is easy for us to travel. Not too far if you want to go to Canggu, Seminyak and Kuta. The subject is pretty good and pleasant and don't spend too much if I think.
