Due to unavoidable circumstances (heavy rain and landslides at Prenn and Mimosa passes), there are recommendations not to go unless absolutely necessary, so the trip to DL had to be cancelled. I contacted to change my stay but was not approved. I do not appreciate the hotel's lack of support for guests. I did not stay so I cannot rate the room facilities and hygiene.

Hotel near the center, clean, has parking. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast buffet, suitable for taste. Room is spacious, clean, airy, has balcony. Will come back next time.

The hotel does not have air conditioning but the system says it has air conditioning.

When booking, it said that children from 6 years old will be charged extra, but when arriving, they said that children from 5 years old will be charged extra. The room is poorly soundproofed. The breakfast buffet has very few dishes. The breakfast area is also small. The bellman is very enthusiastic and cheerful.

The room is neat and comfortable. The luggage porter/ doorman is really thoughtful and awesome. Love the hotel so much!
