The experience that annoyed me the most was her way of responding and her very irresponsible and indifferent water at 214 Nguyen Trai. I said I had a reservation and made payment on travel, she told me to run out of room, I did not care if I showed the booking code, she said if there was a book, it would appear here (group zalo or something). I do not know, she did not call the person responsible for handling. But tell me to go to the other side, go to 385, we share the same system. Well, I went to go, luckily, I met a girl, but the water was softer, more decent, then called the manager to handle my booking, then led me to the room. Room is different from the picture. Not too old, but not new, but because check-in is late and I feel it is okay to stay for 1 night anyway, it's ok. The room is quite large, has a kitchen, a pot of several dishes and a refrigerator, but like this I don't want to go back

The room is relatively clean, the staff are friendly, the place I book with you is safe and enthusiastic. Maybe I'll come back to this place.
