This is my first time staying at a hotel with cockroaches. When I first arrived, the staff was smoking and just sitting there, watching me hanging out even though the parking lot was full, I had to call them first, and they were even parked on the side of the road. When I checked in, I was greeted by 2 cockroaches 🙂, and then I asked to change rooms. When I changed rooms early in the morning after breakfast, there were 3 cockroaches in the toilet. I swear, it was really dirty… Besides the cockroaches, the room was not what I expected. The picture shown was modern and bright white, but the interior was actually old and outdated. When I complained to the staff, they said there were 2 types, but they said only the 6th floor had a new interior (there was no prior information and the promoted photos were only the new ones). For those who want to book, think again, because it's fatal that so many cockroaches mean it's not clean, even though the price isn't cheap, please pay attention and fix it.

Check-in at 9:00 PM for 2 rooms. Both were supposed to be non-smoking, but they said there was one smoking room, so I asked for an upgrade, and I paid 100,000 IDR to get a non-smoking room. Lots of ants and insects. The first room hadn't been cleaned when I arrived (as in the photo), and there were lots of food leftovers from the previous guest. After asking for it to be cleaned, we waited in the lobby, but it's unclear whether the sheets were changed or simply tidied up because there were lots of stains on the sheets. Honestly, I was tired of complaining because it was already late and I had to check out in the morning. I couldn't sleep all night because it was ticklish, even though the hotel wasn't that cheap... Very disappointing.
