I arrived at 10:00 a.m. to register and check in, and left my suitcase at the luggage storage so that when I returned to the hotel after work, my room would be ready.
But when I returned at 9:00 p.m., the room wasn't ready. I only had to register with the check-in desk. It turned out that the person on duty in the morning wasn't a check-in employee, but rather a helper assigned to guard the room.
As soon as I entered the room, it felt poorly maintained. This is a luxurious hotel in terms of design, but it's an old, neglected hotel. The room smelled unpleasant, and I called the service desk to get some air freshener.
It's a shame, because the interior of this hotel is so luxurious, but it's just because of the lack of maintenance.
