Dr Jakarta couldn't wait to try the Unisi suite but was disappointed the night before after being tired from going around Jogja, I just found out that the bathroom smelled that bad.. when I turned on the exhaust fan, it smelled even worse (more like a poop smell).. the front office lady might have wanted to help us so that we could be on the same floor as our other booked rooms, even though she had told us not to force us because we didn't mind being on separate floors.. the lady must have known that the bathroom smelled but still put us there, where there were small children & coincidentally someone with asthma.. it was very torturous to endure the smell coming out of the gap in the bathroom door near the bed.. in the morning I wanted to ask to move rooms, they said they were all full until Saturday.. when we checked out we met the lady again and we told her about the situation, she just said "oh okay, we'll pay attention to it in the future" 😂😂😂 we were speechless.. without feeling guilty the hotel caused its guests to feel disappointed with the conditions room..if I may give some input, fix the water drainage or whatever is causing the bad smell..if you want to give it to guests, don't bring small children, it's unhealthy, poor thing..the suite room..even though I gave the others a score of 9-10 because of the really smelly room condition..sorry but that was our real experience
