The hotel staff is friendly and the room cleanliness is okay.

I got a toilet in a room where the water tap lever came off easily. So if I forgot to pull the lever, the tap would fall and almost hit my foot. The material is quite stainless steel. The food was a bit confusing. The restaurant staff should have walked around asking for surveys and offering local specialties so that guests would be aware of the menu there. Overall, it was very good.

It is very strategically located, close to the culinary area, Tugu, and Malioboro.

Pros: Good location, easy access, close to everything, there's a power outlet so you can charge your car right away, and you can sleep in it. The security guard and customer service are friendly. Pros: The shower faucet is broken and needs to be replaced. The bedsheets are stained (I took a photo but deleted it before I was asked to write this review). The towels are also dingy for white. The room isn't soundproof. If you have family guests with children, they'll be heard running and screaming in the hallway very clearly and loudly. The TV channels are limited, and they often cut out. Perhaps the internet connection is poor or something else.

This is my second time staying here... The location is close to the city center, close to Malioboro, the room is clean, the breakfast is quite ok... Overall ok

Staying at Khas Tugu was pleasant... clean... close to Malioboro, we could just walk and enjoy Jogja.

It's quite good and needs to be improved further in the future.

The staff and FO are friendly, smiling, and quick to respond. I wish they had two card keys, it would be great, overall 👍👍👍

For an even more comfortable and enhanced experience, a heated swimming pool would be a significant advantage.a more diverse and thoughtfully curated breakfast selection would greatly elevate the morning experience.
