Location is good, but air conditioner not cold set at 16deg and TV malfunction.

Strategic location. In the surrounding area, it is not difficult to find food with affordable prices. Near Sunway Mall too.

The window room has no view. So noisy and bad smell. No tea, coffee and spoon. They provide empty water bottle.

The staff is really friendly and love the location of the hotel.

All is good except for parking very troublesome.

The elevator was broken, so I had to go up and down the stairs with my sprained foot carrying my suitcase. No apology, the receptionist was not friendly. The room was noisy because of the sound of the AC machine.

I spent 2nights here but the next day, the didn't clean room. Even the dusbin that was outside the room was full of garbage.

From the photo the bed looks big but in reality it is not. Besides the room is not cleaned every day and the AC is problematic. I have complained but there is no solution

With a cheap price close to the pyramid mall I think it's very okay, the room size is small, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided.

I stay for 2nights the room is so small no coffee or tea in the room, no cleaning service the second day was rainning the roof is leaking very disappointed.

Close to the hospital, close to the Sunway Pyramid, 3 rooms fit, the room is not very spacious but it's okay, clean, the room doesn't smell, the corridor lacks air ventilation.

Self checked in kiosk is convenient and easy with the help of cashier of the convenient store at the hotel.
