Strategic location, on the edge of a major road, opposite Superindo, close to Dr. Soetomo Hospital. Clean and comfortable rooms. It's just that the security is not very responsive if there are guests who come or guests who want to go out by car. Because it is on the edge of the road, it is a bit crowded and difficult to get the vehicle out, but the security sometimes plays with their cellphones or is indifferent, just looking at it

A pleasant stay experience, complete hotel facilities, very friendly hotel staff, all processes are fast.

Comfortable near city center, friendly staff.

We left two pairs of our sports shoes around the lobby parking lot when we checked out and only realized after we got home. We contacted the Hotel and it turned out they kept them well. The delivery back to our house was also fast and easy. Thank you very much Maxone Dharmahusada, keep up the good work.

The food lacks variety, the room smells of cigarettes and the room is not very clean. This is my second time staying here, the second time was disappointing.

Friendly staff, from the beginning of entering the parking lot they were assisted, until checking out all the staff were ready to help👍🏻, also the staff smiled and greeted us okay.

Clean room. Good service. I stayed for 2 days. When checking in, I arrived early, around 12. Couldn't check in yet. Told to wait 30 minutes. However, when 1 hour or so I kept asking, still told to wait.

Maybe because it's an old hotel, it feels like an old hotel because some of the access is not bright enough.

Parking is tight but security will help you.
