The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. The location is right at 64 Tran Phu, only 5 minutes walk to the agarwood tower. Next time I come back to NT, I will continue to stay at Senkotel.

Big room, beautiful and clean, worth the experience

I booked a double room and got a free upgrade to a trip room. I booked on traveloka for a very good price so I didn't ask for much. 1. The room was really okay. The room didn't have a view so when I closed the curtains in the morning I thought it was still dark :))) The bed was soft and clean. I found the towels quite old and the private bathroom door couldn't be closed, it was open. You can see the interior in the picture. The first night, I don't know if it was due to an electrical overload or something, but the water was weak and not hot. It took a long time for it to cool down. The next day when I took a shower, it got hot again quickly. Oh, and about the area, since I was alone, I found it okay to open my suitcase to get my things, but if there were 3 people, opening my suitcase would probably be a waste of space. The floor was just big enough to walk and stand there. There was a TV and a few TV channels. The location was a 2-minute walk to Tran Phu beach, very beautiful everyone. 2. The receptionist was cute and enthusiastic. Downstairs, they sell handmade drinks, soft drinks, instant noodles, breakfast food at very good prices, the same as grocery stores. 3. MINUS POINTS: weak wifi and when entering the room, the 4g is also broken and cannot connect, whether it is mobi or viettel. I just checked in and the wifi was fine, but after about 2 hours, it was broken until the next night when I checked out. I could still access it but could not load even text messages. When I switched to using personal 4g, the 4g also changed to 3g and could not load (I use mobi). My friend who uses viettel also could not access 4g. It was like prehistoric times, unable to contact on social networks, had to use a regular phone 🥲 I called the receptionist and a guy answered the phone but the problem was still not resolved. However, because I got a good price and was supported by the guys to upgrade, I still give it 5 *

Lovely staff. The hotel location and facilities are quite good, the price is reasonable. It is worth using the service again next time. However, I also have a comment about the air conditioner in my room (205) being weak, usually after turning it on all night, it will have enough cold heat. At night, it is a bit hot. That's all. Will come back next time ❤️

The support staff is good, but I had high expectations for room quality. For a damp and unventilated room, I find this price not suitable
