Location spot on - within easy strolling distance to the iconic Walking street. Can see Laos across the river from the upstairs terrace and the bar downstairs. Breakfast was much better than expected, the continental offerings were delicious. The lady at reception (and her 9 cats) was lovely. Excellent English, even more excellent service. Thank you, Madam. Two minor issues: a) the beds were harder than we're used to, so I had to get our bedding we carry in the car; B) parking can be a headache, so arrange early with the hotel - but that would be true for 90% of all other places in Chiang Kan. I'm keen to return, but next time perhaps by motorcycle. Two thumbs up 👍

Come 2 rounds, the staff is very good, the room is clean, the food is ready to sleep, very comfortable. Next time I will stay here.
