Accommodation is comfortable near the beach but not enough towels provided to users in my room. But the staff are excellent service

The hotel location is quite convenient. When we rested, the hotel opposite was built quite dusty, in order to lose the view. Delicious food.

The air conditioner is not cold but has room changing support, the lamp is too dark, the power goes out at night until the morning and the generator is not visible.

The hotel is in a quite good position, near the sea for easy walking, convenient near supermarkets and shops. Cute and enthusiastic staff. In the room there are 2 available 2 conical hats and 1 very nice sedge bag, convenient for guests to check in and travel. Only a little regret is the room is not soundproof, so a bit inconvenient for guests a bit. And the hotel should have a small soap or hand soap in the room. Thanks for a pleasant service, past satisfaction. See you!

air-conditioner was not cold, hot water was not hot, in the evening the electricity was off, the staff did not turn on the generator until morning, could not sleep

Relative service, airy room due to windows. Breakfast only a few little changes, every day eating 9g, the food is not heated anymore cold. In general, it's just ok

The employee are very nice until I see the neighbor with them children! Please imagine to highest volume of speaker when they talk, but the greater thing is the children do not sleep! They play until late night and wake up to crying in the early morning. The story still not include in the breakfast room. Why they don't know what is polite or not? Very f*ck*ng bad experience.

We stayed at Vie for 2 days and felt really comfortable. We arrived earlier than the check in time and the receptionist allowed us to check in early so we can rest. The room is same as on the photo and the bed is very comfortable, we cant ask for more. If we will to come back, we will still booked with Vie. Highly recommended.

I asked for a high floor but when I arrived there was no explanation for the garden view without a high floor, let me go to the 1st floor

Room was not clean. Actual shots of elephants are quite different.

Everything's fine. Only operation and maintenance are not stable. Room lights are not bright enough at night. Hot water is cold. Air conditioner is not cool enough (room 202). The receptionist and service team is friendly and polite. The hotel is near the beach (a short walk to the beach), near a good restaurant, and serves free coffee and snacks. Space is good.

Beds are hard; Dirt stain in kettle; bathtub did not clean well and wash basin chokage. Overall is quite bad experience and disappointed to stay in this hotel.

Room cleaning is always a problem. It felt like I didn't just clean up the pillow.
