Friendly hotel staff and complete facilities

Okay, great

The hot water wasn't working, the bed sheet looks old, the place around looks dirty.. But the food was really good...

The room was a bit noisy and still under renovation.

The hotel is comfortable. Although it is still under renovation so it looks dirty. But the room is comfortable, clean. The staff is friendly. The food menu at the restaurant is also delicious. Recommended to stay here if you are in Blitar.

Please fix the lock system on the room door and improve the facilities so that guests feel comfortable when staying there.

The room is not soundproof, the floor has many cement spots, the bathroom is slippery, the hotel atmosphere is uncomfortable because there is construction so there is a lot of dust and tends to be dirty, the telephone cannot be used so when ordering food you have to go to the restaurant to order manually. The breakfast options are only fried rice, crispy chicken and bread. Enough once hehehe

Breakfast is delicious, staff is friendly. Yesterday I chose the cheapest room. The facilities are quite good, there is AC and others according to the price. However, the downside is the cleanliness. I didn't want to use the bathroom towel because I didn't know if it had been changed or not. Why are there so many people's hairs stuck to it, and the sheets are dirty & don't smell good. Please improve the cleanliness 😭.
