Great hotel, friendly staff, clean, close to the city

We stayed here for 4 nights, enjoying a family vacation. Here's a glimpse of our room. Thank you to the friendly staff for changing our room after some issues arose. The room didn't have a telephone, but we could communicate with the hotel staff via WhatsApp, and they responded quickly.

Check in at 2..still asked for data..should have been prepared before 2..

The service was friendly and very helpful. The food, even though it was boxed, was complete.

The hotel staff was friendly, the service was good, the room was clean, the gallon of water ran out when I wanted to get it at night.

Limited Tv channels even for local tv stations. limited variation and tasteless for breakfast.

I've stayed here for the past six months, and it's still clean and comfortable. Yesterday, July 9th, I returned. The room on the 7th floor was dirty. The bathroom floor was yellowed, and the drinking fountain was dirty. The water dispenser near the elevator was also dirty. The bathroom was completely dirty. The window curtains were also damaged, the paper was black, and they hadn't been replaced.

After checking in, it was a bit scary, I say, suddenly the lights turned off by themselves, the switch went down by itself. But after that, everything was safe. The facilities are quite okay, the AC is cold, the water heater is working, TV, free wifi, maybe you can add a mat in front of the bathroom and the amenities are not complete, there is no toothpaste and toothbrush. Maybe it needs to be improved to be even better

Okay for that price. Because there is no toothpaste and toothbrush provided, so prepare your own toothpaste and toothbrush.

The environment is not too noisy, because it is not right on the edge of the highway.

Honestly I like this hotel but this time with a heavy heart disappointed with this hotel, the plan to stay 3 days, I have stayed 2 days in a pop type, but one day I got a smart type hotel maybe because it was full could not book 3 days straight, the change of the 2nd and 3rd days which should have given me the convenience of being helped to move rooms could be prioritized but had to check out again at 11.45 and had to wait until 14.00 to check in, had to move luggage and leave it with the receptionist, disappointed customers are not prioritized. Already a pop type the AC is not cold, the toilet door does not close properly, ordered a single bed but was given a double bed, disappointed. The hotel room is very clean and comfortable, the AC is cold, the hot water is good, the view from the window directly faces Merapi. A budget hotel is very comfortable for resting. Only the breakfast is lacking, both in terms of taste and variety, and the cleanliness is very lacking, maybe because there is a group of SCHOOL children so it's messy and there are few employees so there is no one to clean up the leftover food. But for staying overnight it's okay

The check-in and check-out process is fast, the staff are friendly, and the location is still close to the center of Jogja.

the room is comfortable, spacious, clean, I'm on the 9th floor, the view is beautiful

The bedside lamp is off. The bidet is off. The shower hose is leaking. The noise from outside the room is very loud.

There are no amenities, the sound from outside is clearly audible, if you ask for a smoking room you will be charged again
