It is very comfortable to stay at Grandhika, one night feels like it is not enough, good room service, very delicious food, the most standard room but very spacious, fast internet connection, everything is clean, fast problem handling too, in the morning the AC in the room had a problem, turned it on for 5 seconds then it turned off again, and so on, finally called the front desk, a few minutes later the officer came to the room, immediately fixed it again, the problem handling is very fast, the breakfast is also very varied, everything is delicious! I'll give you 10/10 for the experience to stay in here. I would recommend this hotel to all people!

It's really worth staying here, the room is spacious, very clean, the bed is comfortable, there are lots of mirrors 😍 and I didn't expect to get a mountain view from the window in the morning. Yesterday I got a free mini bar with 2 snacks and a bottle of coffee The staff are also very friendly, especially Ms. Betris who helped me check in and Ms. Fifit who helped me check out
