I wish could have a refund. The bedding not smell good. They did not change it everyday. TV is too blurred. Bad at all.

The payment was not updated by the time we check in. Towels and comforters were not change daily. Heater was out of order.

Location is very convenient. Front desk should be guest oriented and flexible to guest needs.

Damaged door hinged and no available towels inside the comfort room. No available service water when ordering breakfast.

The room in the photo is not the same in the actual room, so annoying, we expected that it was nice, but it doesn't, I am not satisfied...

I realize I left my adidas watch on the bed after check out and went back to get it. but they said the watch was not in the room. lesson learnt, do not leave your belongings some people are not that honest to give it back

The room is disappointing compared to the pictures posted here. The only room they gave me was that I did not know how much the arrangement was in the beds as if it was a small room, it was too tight. The ceiling is wood so you'll hear footsteps from upstairs. We did not use tv, no remote tho we asked no one to arrive. There is a cats returning to the hotel after a badtrip night, then one morning there's a dog on the neck, do not know why but he's in a room same floor samin. But atleast walking distance at the burnham and session road. Ok naman staffs, they are accommodating. It can be for savings.

Attendants are nice, we have to stay in the lobby while we wait for the sun to rise, since 3 am we are rating Baguio and 2 pm more check in. they have this unli coffee that may keep you warm though it's not too cold in Baguio now. you can choose to what room you wanted to sray, as long as the room is available and with same rate to what you've paid. room and bathroom are clean. amenities like towels, pillows and blankets are clean. however, they do not do daily replacement of towels and blankets. food is nice, you really want extra rice. the location is very convenient. my only concern was, outside the people. even if they are not guests directly in the rooms, before they ask the attendants regarding their rooms, etc. May be strictly guardian of those who enter the hotel. this is for the safety of the guests. you will be surprised to find that there are only a few in the hotel to the hall way of the rooms and not the guests. That's it. overall, confortable, convenient and fun.

Very affordable and centralized in Baguio proper.

Any pay stay we are OK is all clean people and are well integrated.

Location is great but their service is bad.

Great staffs and very accommodating.

It is a nice place to stay if you have kids since it's in front of children's park and walking distance to restaurant, Burnham Park and the likes just don't forget to bring towel and tissue paper because they don't have that in the room. The premises are well maintained and clean everyday and serve brewed coffee for free. The room is cold even without air-condition. We use fan only. WiFi is weak in the room but you can use it in the lobby. Overall, it was nice and cheap since you will not stay in the room the whole day.

Staff at the front desk were not smiling. They're so formal. Great staycation anyway.

The accommodation at Marian Kisad Hotel is impressive. It exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend!
