Too noisy, the room is not soundproof

The rooms are dirty and smell!!! It isn’t like the photos they had posted!!!

The hostel is quite smelly and dirty. Step into the ripple feeling.

The hotel is boring, the toilet is dirty with no slippers, no towels, dirty, unlike in the photo, the hotel looks very new, but everything is very old, the balcony is broken , air conditioning is not cool, old TV from the old days can not be used. Too disappointed to put here.

Very bad. Air conditioner lifetime 90s, open all day is not cool. Please change to another room, the worse. Wc built with 4 glass panels, air conditioner also does not work. Very old blankets, foul rooms, no fans, first color TVs just for display (almost all rooms are equally bad). There is no reception, no parking.

Bad, dirty, broken water system. No staff at reception. Wait 30p to have someone key assigned to check in. Phone number, call 3, 4 times to catch the machine. Out of the key to self-service and then pick up, no one to look after or manage the hotel.

Pillow pillow smell. No towels

The room was small, the toilet was flooding and the receptionists never seem to be there except when I first check-in, and wasn't remotely helpful then.
