I had noted when booking the villa, I wanted a clean and fragrant bathroom, but in reality the bathroom was really disappointing. I occupied VILLA 4, the drain was full of moss, the floor was crusty, even though it was cleaned with v***l it was clean, there was also a shower that leaked when opened so the water that came out sprayed everywhere, especially if I wanted to do ablution it was all wet. not to mention there was a room that was very damp like it smelled of mold, we even asked to be sprayed with air freshener. , then the second is the floor which was still dusty (the most dust in the rooms and the 2nd floor) and there were lots of dead insects, insect droppings in the corners of the floor. then for the kitchen, there was only one equipment there was only a small pot, a small frying pan, a spatula, a rice cooker, plates, spoons, glasses. so if for a large family who wants to cook a lot, YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN kitchen equipment. even though I have noted to ask for a clean one but it is not as expected. the only interesting thing is the swimming pool which is quite large, there is a shallow pool and a deep pool. that's all, please respond to criticism. the villa is good but please maintain the quality.

Hotel ini sangat family friendly banget. Keluarga menginap sangat puas dengan pelayanannya. Lokasi juga sangat strategis. Worth it dengan harga segitu dapat villa yang bagus. Thank you.

Overall bagus sih. Lokasi oke banget, harga oke, kolam renang bersama oke, ada taman bermain anak oke, dan penjaga villa-nya ramah banget, dan pemilik juga responsif. Hanya beberapa inputan saja yang butuh perbaikan agar jauh lebih memuaskan lagi, yaitu: - 3 kamar yang bisa dipakai + 1 kamar driver (ini tolong diperjelas di description) - Wifi di Villa 3 + 4 sudah tidak dapat terjangkau. Harus ke area kolam renang baru bisa Wi-Fi-an, sedangkan jaringan signal HP kurang bagus di sana. Mohon per villa bisa diberi fasilitas router Wi-Fi. - Kondisi kebersihan kamar mandi tolong ditingkatkan dan dibagusin. - Lampu di kamar mandi dan lantai 2, tolong pakai lampu putih terang dengan watt besar, agar tidak terkesan gelap. - Lantai 2 butuh disapu deh, karena kondisi banyak debu yang tangga naiknya.

Villa yang sangat tidak layak untuk disewakan. Kotor sekali, serangga dan sarang laba-laba dimana mana, dapur sangat jorok, kamar mandi bau bangkai, kamar tidur yang bisa dipakai untuk tidur cuma 3 dan kondisi sangat kotor sekali, tembok bocor dan basah sehingga kamar jadi lembab dan bau. Jangan sampai tertipu gambar atau video yang di post karena kondisi aslinya jauh berbeda.

Kotor banget sampai saya yang sapu villa nya, saya minta bersihkan katanya bukan kerjaan yang bukakan pintu, debu dimana mana, nggak ada wifi, dan mahal untuk ukuran villa seperti ini, maaf saya menulis ini karena jelas saya minta dibersihkan tapi saya dikasih sapu 🙈

Plus: swimming pool, children's play ground, sliding queen bed, bathroom for each room plus water heater, extra bed even though it is paid for. Minuses: poorly maintained, not clean, no wifi, incomplete kitchen utensils, not provided gallons of water, tv in every room but not all can be used.

The atmosphere is fun, the facilities are in accordance with those in the application. The villas are nice, every room is extra extra bed which makes it easy to sleep.

The bathroom is dirty even though it doesn't smell. Lots of dust. Room no. 2 lots of big red ants. The extra rooms upstairs are very dirty. Hopefully it will be responded to and addressed the shortcomings in cleanliness. Everything else is okay.
