During check-in, the staff was unfriendly. The room was dark and lacked lighting. The room was not clean. The bathroom water wasn't hot. The hotel was a bit scary. Lots of mosquitoes.

Need regular maintenance of the facilities

The building is designed to reflect traditional Indonesian architecture: Medan, Minangkabau, Sundanese, Balinese, and East Nusa Tenggara. The grounds are spacious, with walking access to the hotel grounds and the artificial lake. Many trees are labeled, making it a great introduction for children. I chose the Sunda Kasepuhan room yesterday, which was quite comfortable, with hot water available, despite the old-fashioned design. Each room has direct access to the lake for boat rides and fish feeding. Tickets include access to the swimming pool (with hot water), zipline, and bicycle boat.

The place is comfortable.. The kids love canoeing, the facilities are complete.. In a month I stayed here twice..

Very friendly hotel staff, comfortable place, quiet atmosphere, just a little suggestion for the check-in process which may be a bit disturbed because of the long waiting process and few employees while at that time the guests who came to stay were quite long, which finally I waited my turn for the check-in process and was taken to the room at almost 3 pm. please improve the check-in process. the rest is all comfortable, clean room, comfortable place and friendly staff. Thank you lake dariza🥰👍✨✨

Everything is good, new experience spend time in Garut City, Dariza best hotel with option activity instead.

The healing atmosphere is suitable for the mountain atmosphere and those who bring children are highly recommended with several facilities offered, the staff serves friendly.

order Sundanese room without AC is cool, there is a fan, TV, small refrigerator. the good thing is given a room that is below the back terrace there is a door to the lake, can feed fish, small boat provided. Breakfast is delivered to the room with a varied menu, the taste is so-so. The facilities are very kids friendly because there is a warm swimming pool (not hot) and cold water with a long slide, free 1x Flying Fox, free 1x duck ride for 20 minutes, there is an outdoor playground, can see animals (poultry, rabbits, goats), nice to walk around the lake is long, many trees are given information about their types. minus: old room so the bathroom has a lot of crust, the water is not hot enough only warm tends to be cold so you can't soak in the room, the mattress is not soft enough to feel the springs, there is wifi but the signal is not good. but so far the kids are happy to stay here, the staff are also friendly. it seems better to choose the renovated Batak Toba room.

Comfortable and got a decent voucher from the app, thank you, complete facilities, cheap price, basically it's nice, happy place, very comfortable.

Hotel is good but they need to have more dining options. Breakfast is good but not many options for day dining.

The place is spacious and there are many activities provided by the hotel, but the breakfast is not very varied for the price. 🙂

cleanliness should be improved, service should be more responsive stayed 2 nights (2 guests) only got 1 toothpaste + room was not made up

The environment is not well maintained, both the facilities in the rooms and public facilities. Cleanliness is lacking, especially the lake. During breakfast, the food is all salty.
