The staff are very accommodating. Their check-in time was 12 noon but we got there earlier so we were allowed to check -in at 9AM since the room was already available. They have an area for cooking and eating outside, no corkage fee for food bought outside. You can order food from them with a corresponding price. The rooms are big and very comfortable. Not exactly beach front but it's only about 1-2 mins walk to the seashore. No elevators though so be ready for the stairs for the upper floors (up to 4th floor only). They have free parking. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Maybe the owner can add a small pool at the roof deck or even beside the hotel building since the still have space.

nice clean hotel and its location is okey (beach front) but have poor WiFi signal. needs improvement of staff in customer service. not able to meet requested non smoking room.

The hotel owner ,Mr Balolong himself welcomed us warmly and his staff very attentive. Even my simple whims of electric fans were quickly granted as I really want a very cool place on top of the cool aircon . everything in the hotel is spic and span.the family room is huge with seating area and full sized closet with drawers. A 4.5 cu ft ref an outdated TV water heater in the shower and a very good WiFi connection。 towels are fresh and fluffy。we were allowed to use the dining area by the big tree and parking area is secured and big. we did cooking and grilling for a minimal fee. Beach is about 2 minutes lazy stroll from the property. will definitely comeback and refer to family and friends. it‘s a steady
