Strategic location in the city center and very friendly staff service

Prepare some extra cash; the deposit is MYR 15 per night for non-Malaysian passport holders. As for the location, it's great, right in the middle of Petaling Street.

The staff is friendly. Fast service.

Room smelled a lot of smoke and chlorine. Bed linen full of cigarette holes. Black-mold in bathroom. Staff was not rude but not friendly. Woken up by cleaner who opened our door in the morning. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your Neighbour talk and shower. Wi-Fi did not work and there is no water machine. Room was reasonably clean.

Close to hawker centers and souvenirs 😆.

Not a good hotel. Trouble to check-in. We must wait about an hour waiting for receptionist check the data. Stay don't trust us book a room on that hotel 🤦🏻‍ ♂. Room facilities really bad, the bedding is very dirty and itchy.

Room quite good with that price but it has quite strong cigarettes smell inside. No wifi on 5th floor.

The hotel is very clean, especially the bathroom, very clean. Lose the hotel above it, solid, next time you have to go back if you go to KL

The room booked in the picture has a window, but can be a room that has no window, no water bottle in the room, either no Wi-Fi password.

Was expecting minimal facilities since the rate was lower. Place was clean. However, someone was smoking in the corridor regularly. Wifi was out the second day and reception was unable to help.

The internet keep loopping and unaccessable.

The bottom bed is no longer suitable for use, in wooden blocks, noisy AC windows, the cabinets are also fragile, not worth it anymore🙏
