All staff are friendly, check-in and check-out process is fast, rooms are nice, clean and comfortable, food is varied and delicious, prices are friendly

Location in the city center, AC in the corridors and in the rooms is cool, the rooms are spacious, the food is all satisfying.

The service with the first welcome was friendly, even my child said that his uncle was very nice, the atmosphere is almost the same as Tentrem even though it is small, but it is clean and comfortable, the breakfast is the best... delicious, everyone likes it... wow, I feel like I want to sleep more here... next time I come to Semarang, I want to come here again... comfortable

As expected, I stayed at the Chanti Hotel, which was clean, the food was delicious, the hotel staff were friendly and the service was good, and the location was in the city center.

The best 4-star hotel with facilities that have no complaints at all, everything is comfortable, delicious food, comfortable rooms, cold AC, good Tentrem management.

My stay there was comfortable. The staff was very helpful when I asked for help printing documents and proof of stay. The minibar was also free. I also really liked the hotel's complimentary instant ginger milk and a tolak angin (a type of wind repellent) in the room.

Great breakfast selection, comfy clean rooms, and friendly and helpful staff

First time staying at Chanti Hotel and I can say it's really worth the price. Location wise very strategic, hotel room is clean, fast Wi-Fi, but the highlight must be on the breakfast menu. Lots of varieties and taste is good. Would definitely come back again if I ever visit Semarang.
