The hotel is brand new, clean, making me so surprised that there is such a decent and reasonable price place in the old town; After I arrived, I invited my two younger brothers to book a room; Will come back when I have the opportunity to Hanoi again; Thank you very much staff here.

Traveled to check in around 10 o'clock and traveled tired But have to wipe and clean the room again. The floor is dirty, toilet is not clean. The rooms in the pictures and the reality are different. Before wiping itself clean, sleep at 2:00 am. Hair dryer is not as in the information, just ask from the maid in the morning And we had to stay for 5 nights but the staff were hospitable The maid was kind. The accommodation offers free masks and is close to delicious food sources. The internet is very good because during the covid-19 you don't want to go anywhere much, most of the time you stay at the hotel, you need internet. If the cleanliness can be improved, I would like to come back to stay again.

Hotels right in the old town, I just need a few steps to Dong Xuan Market, Hang Ngang Night Market Hang Dao. New room, clean. I was delayed, so I checked in at 2am but the reception was extremely helpful and polite. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, noting that those 4 and 5 receptionists were all friendly, fun, enthusiastic. Certainly this will be a familiar hotel when I return to Hanoi. Thank the hotel very much.

The hotel is clean. Large and airy rooms. Friendly staff, pleasant. However, hot and cold problems, not adjustable normally, sometimes too hot, sometimes too cold. Room with cockroaches.

Room is moist, has an unpleasant smell, no dressing table. In general, the price is too high. Only convenient points are in the old town so it is easy to move around. The soundproofed room is poor, so it is sleeping at night and there is someone close to the room opening the door loudly

top location and the reception speak very fluent english, help us getting around and at times goes out of the way to arrange taxi, other help we need. without breakfast but there are so many breakfast places around the hotel Fully recommended value for money to all travellers.

Large room clean. The enthusiastic receptionist helps when asking for directions and booking cars. The hotel near Dong Xuan market, walking more than 10 minutes will go to Ho Guom Lake.

Very good room, big,comfortable, quiet,clean. It is near from number 86 bus station(to nội bài airport), hoàn kiếm lake and đồng xuân market. The staff is supper friendly and helpful. Recommend you about this great hotel. I will comeback
