Overall ok, just a little input for tolerance service plus more regarding Traveloka customer requests. Customers know to buy & request, they don't know about the collaboration between the hotel & Traveloka, so if the customer pays for a room for 2 people, that's their right to give, so pay for 2 towels, only 1 toothbrush, only 1 light, lots of them are off, only the bathroom and the room are on. There's only 1 light on, there's only 1 glass in the room, and parking for the car is difficult because when you get in you get knocked to get the car out because it's blocking other cars.
