When I booked, there was confirmation of the app. We want to double check to be sure, contacting the hotel, a staff member has a rather harsh voice, and is not enthusiastic to answer us. When I arrived, the hotel really let me down. The room was small, moldy, the blanket was very dirty, the air conditioner was dirty and the lights were flickering. The attitude of the staff was not enthusiastic, we decided to find a new hotel for the night, and the next day, change hotels. This is not a good experience at all. Who is going to book, please consider.
