The receptionist is so rude and not helpful, she doesn't know any customer service and even has no ideas with the tax invoice, she is not qualified, very bad experience, she doesn't help customer solve problems and has a bad attitude.

There is a discrepancy between the hotel and traveloka, which wastes a lot of customers' time even though they still solve the problem for customers. There is no parking space, the parking fee of 100k is not very reasonable. Overall, it's bad.

Easy to get anywhere, near the market.

Extremely convenient location, 5 minutes walk to Ben Thanh market, Independence Palace. Breakfast is ok but the days should be changed. I stayed 3 nights and had 3 breakfasts but the dishes were almost unchanged.

I was lying in the room where the blanket and mattress were all yellow =))) and then I felt itchy all over my legs and there were peanuts all over the floor when I checked in. The hotel is only suitable for short stays.

- Nhân viên: khi khách lần đầu đến, Reception và Bellman tụ tập ở nhà hàng, khách đến reception không chào, không tiếp, bellman khi thấy khách đến vẫn ngồi ở trong nhà hàng và để khách tự xách vali lên phòng. Nhân viên HSK rất thân thiện, FO khi gặp khách ở hành lang, khách nhờ đóng cửa giúp thì vừa bấm điện thoại vừa liếc khách, khách nói đến lần thứ 3 mới gật đầu, không thèm trả lời. Khi check out, khách ngồi ở sảnh đợi taxi, reception và F&B attendant nói chuyện to tiếng, cười đùa, xưng hô và nói chuyện rất thô tục. Trong 3 ngày ở đây, những lần khách gửi keycard thường xuyên không có người trực ở bàn FO. FO không thân thiện, mặt lúc nào cũng khó chịu. - Nhà hàng: đồ ăn nên thay đổi hàng ngày, đồ ăn ít và dở - Phòng: ẩm thấp, hôi, hình ảnh khác xa thực tế. PR 30m2 nhưng thực tế nhỏ hơn rất nhiều. Same price nhưng 2 phòng nhận được hoàn toàn khác nhau

Phòng to rộng, chuyên nghiệp, giá cả phải chăng. Buffet ngon và vị trí rất đắc địa

As at 11 November 2023, there is a lot of construction happening at this hotel. The noise from the jackhammers is so loud that you can't even hear the staff at reception. The staff were friendly and the rooms were ok, albeit a little stuffy. The hotel is in a good location near the Ben Thanh market.

The room is large but still smells bad, overall it's okay. The buffet doesn't change, it's the same every day, only the noodle dish changes. Near the center

Cheap, spacious room, new and quality bedding, only a few breakfast buffets. The staff is also OK. I stayed for 3 days in a row and will come back next time

Correct room size, new and genuine bedding, reception staff OK. It's just that the breakfast buffet has few dishes and not much variety... I booked 1 day and found the room OK, booked another day.. will book another 2 days and will come back next time.
