Even though note cleaning room but reality room is dirty, maybe staff only replace for bed and do not care others. Look at the table. It makes me disapoted for Muong Thanh, a luxury hotel branch

Old furniture, let guests wear a few pairs of yellowed slippers in the room, face towels are also stained. Hot water is not enough to flush the tub for a bath, less than half the bath is cold. The staff carrying the luggage: from entering the elevator to putting things in the room, asking repeatedly "rent a motorbike ..." (not a service of the hotel). The rest of the other services are quite good, the location is convenient to travel

The most luxury hotel in Gia Lai (I guess). The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room I stayed has a not-so-beautiful view but it has many good facilities which can make you feel comfortable like home
