- Staff is extremely nice and responsible
- Room is normal, if you stay oke. Not too far from the sea, next to the hotel has a noodle shop Quang said to be really delicious, but only sold in the morning.

Very nice location, near the night market just a few minutes walk. There is a minimart a few steps from home. Cycling free. Negative points are weak regulation.
