Reserve a room with 2 beds, but when checking in it says the room is full. got one bed And most importantly, the air conditioner is not cool, very hot. There is 1 additional fan. I have been to Danang 4 times and have always stayed in the same place.

Got off the plane at 10 a.m. and went to the hotel to leave our luggage, but the staff were very kind and told us there was an available room. You could check in right away. You didn't have to wait. Very impressed. The room was spacious and clean. The window view was beautiful and you could see the Dragon Bridge. The price was affordable.

In cold weather, the remote control of the air conditioner cannot be used to adjust the temperature, the night light in the room is broken, the weather is cold, the water is cold, I asked the receptionist but never found it. There is no reception on the day of checking in at the hotel, calling at the counter and calling the desk no one picks up the phone. Only when you call the personal number you see on your face can you find the receptionist

The hotel has a very nice river view. Stepping out the door is a cool river view, just sitting on a stone bench feels happy. Nice location, convenient to everything around, from the market to the sea, or restaurants, tourist attractions, in general very good. The hotel has car rental support, quick and quick service, enthusiastic manager Thanh, very nice. There is a basement for parking, the sleeping place is clean, fragrant and airy, the bathroom is large, fully equipped, if you need anything, you will be supported. _ Hoang Linh Hotel did not reserve 701 room for me even though before and after booking I called Confirm many times. At first, they told me that the room was degraded and being repaired, then when I wanted to see what it was like, I actually told the other guests to rent it and asked me to change to room 601. _ Your behavior The management of Hoang Linh hotel made me extremely annoyed because it was like forcing guests to do something, not calling in advance. advice. _ Back to room 601, I stayed there with a very large balcony, the view was beautiful but it started to deteriorate. Air conditioner not working, all night must open Hi_power and still hot. The toilet door is not closed properly. _ Regarding the staff, the receptionists are cute and always support me, except for my consultant who does not make a reservation for me as a hotel manager, I do not see the appearance and talk very absurdly about getting Zalo booking chat booking advice me room 701 without keeping my room. _No people say the first swept tail but has come to meet how my whole trip is not very nice.
