The hotel concept is dim..but it's okay to make the bathroom bright...

Comfortable for family, can cook too.

The hotel staff is very friendly and very fast, the best!! The room is clean and complete. I happened to stay in a fabulous king bed. The kitchen is complete. It's just a shame the refrigerator wasn't cold enough and the soundproofing is actually good, but the room next door seemed to be having a party with young people so you could hear the screams and dak duk dak duk. Overall, it's very comfortable.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and our requests were taken care of. However, perhaps free Netflix could be added and the gym could be given more attention, as some of the equipment is unusable and has been turned into children's toys.

delicious and varied food, swimming pool and gym facilities are okay, can use bicycles, parking is okay, it's a shame there are lots of small cockroaches in the room, every day I asked to be sprayed and cleaned, they still appear again, I've complained and they responded, but the response was like it's commonplace. Even though it's traumatic for my children. I stay there every year when I go to Surabaya.

If I stay in Surabaya, I always stay here. I've been a regular since my children were little. The place is comfortable, clean, suitable for families. Breakfast is recommended.

For the bathroom, it seems like it's time for repair, the roof is peeling. Suggestions for the shower stand should not be too high, or more flexible, the hand shower is easy for children to reach and the setting for power water. So far, the BF is varied and delicious, various kinds of pasta, western, fried foods, snacks, Javanese. Satisfied! Kids friendly, there is a table for coloring in the lobby and RB bicycle free for 1 hour for those who staycation besides the swimming pool

The room is super clean, fragrant, and luxurious. The staff is friendly and the location is in the middle of the city. The pillows are very soft, the bathroom is clean. There is a swimming pool and mini gym. Spacious parking for those who bring their own vehicles.
