The hotel is clean and tidy. I've always stayed at this hotel in Manado since 2018.

More staff are needed to handle breakfast. Food is not available until guests want to pick it up. Otherwise, it's fine.

The price does not match the facilities, there are no toiletries available, the towels are dirty and the breakfast provided is limited.

have stayed here many times, always satisfying the service. starting from the friendly staff to the cleanliness of the hotel which is the main thing. There is a free breakfast that is varied and delicious. Next time I go to Manado, I will still stay here (cheap price, extra service)

It's an ok hotel. Everything is ok, but the downside is that they don't provide toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom.

The hotel is very close to the airport... suitable for those who want to fly in the morning or at dawn... and breakfast has been packed by the hotel when you want to check out so you can have breakfast on the plane 👍

In my opinion, it is better to improve the elevator, the open button is no longer working, the cold water in the dispenser is also not working, the most disappointing thing is not getting sandals, the answer from the staff is only "out of stock"!? What do I pay for, lol, again, treat the staff well so that they can serve customers better for their answers.

Always stay here every holidays in Manado. Staff always helpful and kind. The property always keeps clean all the time, also in the rooms. Close to Manado Town Square mall which can be reach by foot.

Strategic location, next to Indomaret, just cross the road and it's great
