The homestay managers here are very cute and enthusiastic. The day I arrived too early, there were still rooms available so they let me check in early to rest. The dorm room here is a capsule room that can be pulled open and locked from the inside, quite private and safe. The hotel is equipped with some items such as private towels, toothpaste, shampoo, hair dryer for shared bathroom. The hotel can help rent motorbikes or book tickets to Fansipan, so you don't need to find a place to rent in advance, just ask the photos. The only problem is that the hotel is located in a somewhat inconvenient location, it takes a long way to get to the center. So if you want to go to the center to play, there is a walking path that is both closer and more convenient 😂

Yang bawa koper mending langsung naik ojek aja 15/20k, jgn coba2 jalan kaki dah capek pol, apa lgi klo ngikutin jalan terdekat google, naik tangga dan nanjak bgt. Tempatnya bagus, ramah bgt staffnya. Tapi seprai, selimut ga di gnti gils, cuman di lipet doang, mbak2 nya pas lipet selimut naik ke atas kasur pake kaos kaki 😂

Berhubung karena kabut jadi ga bisa liat pemandangan dari hostel. Overall good.

Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình ạ, mình đến từ sớm và được support nhận phòng sớm. Recommend cho mọi người thích xê dịch và tiết kiệm chi phí tiền phòng như mình.

The coffee is delicious. The main view on the 1st floor is also great. I like to have a beer in the evening and watch the stars The public bathroom is also clean and has hot water. There are dryers, towels, and secret cabinets. The space is cozy, but be careful as you may encounter travelers with severe snoring at night.

the best hostel in sapa!! because the price is cheap!! So they charge you anything else, which is reasonable price. the bedroom so clean, they even have the Heater. Thanks to the lady who greet me at 6.00am. Good experience.

The receptionist is cute, the room is strange style, clean, the hotel up and down is a bit tired. I go back alone, I should take a taxi because the road is very dark and the fog is dim. In short, I am satisfied with the hotel

The hotel is quite near the center, it only takes 5 minutes to walk to Sunplaza but in the evening, I take a taxi to the center because I go by myself, but the slope of the walk is quite dark and deserted, taxi fee is 20k thui. The staff is very cute, the day I came up in Sapa came down to 5 * my staff let me borrow more life jackets. The toilet is clean, the room has heating cushion so it is very cold. It's good to grab back.

Very good. Staff can speak English. It is a dormitory room but does not sleep as a dormitory, which is quite private. Provide towels The water is very warm. The bed has a heater. The view overlooks the city but the way to the hotel is up to the hill. There is a charge of 100,000 dong keys but will be returned at check out. I'm very happy stay at sapa capsule hotel with awesome beautiful view around the hotel, the location is near sapa centre. the all hotel staff very warmly and helpful for information about sapa and we can rent a motorcycle and order taxi. and very quick check in also. the breakfast is good. inside the capsule is very nice. I'm very happy and enjoy staying at sapa capsule hotel for 2 night. thanks for all the hotel staff and thanks for traveloka too

I am a girl, traveling alone and have had great experiences at sapa. Cocoon in Capsule is a good decision for those who are alone like me. My days were quite empty so it was quiet and safe. The staff here is amazing. Worth a try!
