The staff are very enthusiastic and friendly

This is really a very healing villa, the owner is extremely enthusiastic, I arrived in Hoi An late at night but she still waited for me to open the door, the geographical location is super close to the Japanese Covered Bridge, not to mention the swimming pool in the villa is extremely sparkling and cool, the rooms are clean, when I returned, the owner also helped me book a cheap taxi to Da Nang, this is an extremely chill villa not only for families but also for couples.

I booked a room at The Lit Villa & Spa, but when I arrived, the accommodation informed me that the water pipe was broken and I could not stay. The accommodation sent me to stay at a cheaper place next door without any compensation. The accommodation should have informed me in advance and offered solutions to the problem, such as cancelling the booking and refunding the guest to book a new room. The guest should have the right to choose the accommodation that they will pay for.

The hotel is very clean. We may not wear shoes inside. They will provide clean slippers to change to. The location is also great, it's near the Japanese bridge where they lit up lanterns at night. It was a magical night

Near night market. Very close to the old town. Enthusiastic hostess. My room in the bed felt a bit damp. But I only stayed for 1 night so I found it acceptable for the price.

Extremely family-friendly hotel. The first floor swimming pool is very clean. The room is quite large and comfortable. Will definitely come back home
