The location is quite close to Blok M and the Haji Nawi MRT. It's comfortable, and the facilities are quite complete and free. Afternoon tea isn't available, but it's okay. Overall, it's recommended for a staycation or with family. Thanks.

The staff was friendly, but they said they'd get free afternoon tea, but they didn't tell you where to get it, so I ended up not using my three-day stay. The same goes for the breakfast, although it's simple, but the bread probably has a more varied taste.

I've stayed here twice and it's always comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel amenities are excellent. We even borrowed an iron. My favorite hotel🥰

The hotel staff is friendly, the service is really great, starting from the security guard who is also good! The hotel atmosphere is very comfortable and quiet. The location is strategic near many places to eat, minimarkets, cafes, etc. The room is clean, but maybe the minus is the plug is only on the table far from the bed 🙏 other than that overall VERY GOOD

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, especially on Saturday afternoons. The rooms were nice, clean, and the environment was pleasant. The only downside was the limited TV access; Netflix and YouTube were unavailable, and there were only a few channels. Otherwise, everything was fine, and I would definitely stay here again.

Strategic location, close to MRT. The staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel is not too big, so it feels very homey. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi is very slow. What's worse is that the TV is not clear. I want to open YouTube, but suddenly there is no connection. I want to open Netflix, the same thing happens.

The staff is very friendly, very helpful when you want to check in early, the facilities & location are beyond doubt, even though it is in the middle of a residential area, it is very close to everywhere, initially I often stayed at the one on Jalan Cipete Raya, but after going to WT, I will keep coming back here.
