The room is very comfortable... and the bed is soft

The hotel staff is friendly. Parking is ample. The hotel grounds are clean.

I read a review on social media and it said it had a smart TV, but it didn't. The room was like a budget hotel room. The bathroom was very noisy, like a generator. The room wasn't soundproof, you could hear the sound of chairs being scraped from the next room and the noise from the street (my room was on the 9th floor, facing Merr Street). Breakfast was 98% Indonesian food. The soto sauce was a bit sour, like it was going stale. The only good thing was the soy sauce chicken, the rest was standard. If you're looking for a budget hotel, it's still okay. But if you're looking for comfort, I don't recommend it.

Comfortable room, lots of variety for breakfast

The pillows make you feel at home. You get 1 regular, 1 jumbo + 1 small pillow. I was curious to open the pillowcase to see what brand the pillow was 😂 Dafam brand 😅, can't be bought on the marketplace huh 🤭

This hotel is close to Airlangga University's Campus C, and there are many food stalls and cafes nearby. The front desk staff is friendly.

It was almost check out time, so the room was still cleaned, plus more mineral water... The towels and mat were also changed, it was clean 👌😊

My husband and I used to love this hotel. Small, but had all we needed. But I feel disappointed with Dafam in my last stay. The pillows felt very old and not comfy. The bedding looks dirty, and the cushions even worse. i had to ask to change the pillow and bedsheet. They didn’t wash the drinking cups daily. I will not comeback again.

All is ok, only 1 thing that is not so good is the bath towel, it looks like the color is not clean / not white, aka the color is dull and I have asked for a replacement but I still get a dull one and the strange thing is how can a bathroom mat be cleaner, aka not dull

The hotel is strategically located, the staff are friendly, the standard rooms are clean (only the sheets and pillow cases are dull), the bathroom seems to be poorly maintained because the tap comes off easily, the flash toilet sometimes the water still comes out even after being turned off, the towels are dull in color.
