I booked the cozy hotel from January 10th until January 12th. The hotel is very clean, housekeeping was exceptional, and reception staff were very friendly. I stayed in room 306, very clean and spacious. I will definitely book there again.

The location is right in the KL Sentral area. It's sufficient for just transit. Plus, if you want to buy snacks or street food, Nu Sentral is close by. There are plenty of 24-hour restaurants nearby, so you don't have to worry about getting hungry in the middle of the night. The room was clean, with a basic TV. The bathroom had a water heater, but the water didn't get hot when I used it. Why? They also provided a prayer mat. It was okay. The area is surrounded by Indian residents, so there are lots of Indian snacks and food. Check-in and check-out were easy. I don't know why, out of all the hotels in the area, I chose Cozy. It turns out it really is cozy :)

There were no towels, so I told the front desk. The person who came to bring them asked if there really were any and confirmed that there were no towels, but they didn't even apologize. What's more, the towels they brought were smelly. Also, there was a large cockroach in the bathroom. There's no way I can give a good review for this.

We stayed at Cozy Hotel for 5 nights, and it was incredible. The room was clean, and thank you for the staff Moshammof and Rafiq, they were very kind and helpful. Can’t wait to go back again to KL and Cozy Hotel, terimong genaseh☺️🥰

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly. Not yet CI time we arrived early and as soon as we entered the lobby we were immediately given mineral water, not so long at 11 am CI thank God there was a room ready, no need to wait until 2 am we were immediately given the room key..🙏🏻

The hotel staff is very friendly, and it's close to the MRT and bus stations. It's close to NU Sentral Mall. There are plenty of eateries and convenience stores nearby. It's also easy to exchange money, just go inside the mall. Super cozy ❤️

For a "no-fuss" traveler, this hotel is a combo package with a reasonable price. The location is next to the KL Sentral monorail and KL Sentral station (airport bus/train, LRT), surrounded by plenty of food options and convenience stores, coin laundry beside the hotel, so we don’t have to carry dirty clothes around. The staff were friendly and helpful. For me, it’s just perfect.

The hotel staff is friendly and always greets you upon arrival. The rooms are clean, and transportation is very easy, especially to Nu Sentral, just a short walk away. The hotel is often full, so booking early is recommended if you want to stay there.
