A well-located hotel with a view of the magnificent Grand Mosque. I've stayed here several times, but this time I was a bit disappointed by the smelly bathroom. Please do some regular maintenance on the drainpipes. Two nights of torturous smells were a real pain.

I've stayed here twice: on my way to Malang and on my way back. The rooms are spacious, and even the parking lot is full. However, the bathroom blower wasn't working in the last room, so the bathroom smell lingered throughout the room. The additional breakfast was quite expensive, as the variety was limited and the taste was mediocre. Next time I'm in Malang, I'll stay without breakfast. Thank you.

Did late check-in and it went very smooth. The location is nearby the Grand Mosque of Surabaya. If you are lucky, you get a room with a city view of Surabaya, toll roads, and the Grand Mosque, which was stunning during sunset and sunrise. It is not near the city center, but it is near the Medan area where many intercity bus agents reside. So, it's a nice place to stay for bus travel transit. Within walking distance, there are streets with many traditional culinary alternatives.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, with a varied breakfast menu. Inshaallah, if I go to Surabaya, I will stay here again.

The staff is friendly, the room is spacious enough for praying, there are prayer equipment (mukena, sarong, prayer mat), toiletries are quite complete (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, towel), the toilet is clean and everything functions normally, the AC works well (a real lifesaver in the middle of Surabaya's heat). The buffet breakfast is satisfying in terms of variety and taste, the restaurant staff are also very friendly. If I go to Surabaya, I want to stay here again.
