Very good, value for money, close to the beach, close to restaurants.

Bad service, no customer response, refund support

Location is within the center and walking distance to the beach. The people are nice. Omellette and pho for breakfast was OK. We got penthouse level 6. Cleanliness-has a sewage smell especially the toilet, the aircon is leaking and dirty. We found dirty underwear in the toilet and even at the corner of the balcony which also have rubbish. The bed linen where itchy. Late at night motorbikes are parked inside the lobby. There are no reception or security and its dark. Outside our room appeared a storage with foldable beds and linens stack up in there. Its a shame management has not done proper maintenance. The hotel is outdated and room is unhygienic and really need a total clean up and renovation. We didn't bother complaining because we were only there for 2 nights and literally there at night. Complaining may even take up our limited time of stay.

I rented a family room for 4 days 3 nights. Nice room compared to the price listed. A charming staff, there is a somewhat inconvenient point that wifi connected 4 phones, the machine can be used without the machine, the power outlet in a bedroom is a little inconvenient .. The rest is very good !!

everything is just perfect. room, the reception staffs, location...they are all great...only chef (the younger lady in the kitchen) didn't have smile in her face and very reluctant to take order from me. the omelette I ordered didn't cook well. I saw the western guest talked to her but she just walked away before he finished the talk.

Room is too small, including wc about 12m2. Walking in the room is difficult because of entanglement. Room price is over 900,000 / night. I was disappointed by the room quality
