I booked 2 hotels in the morning, arrived in Da Nang at 4pm, the staff gave me a room and said that the other room was not ready yet, told my family to please wait for 1 hour and then the room would be ready, but after 1 hour, I went down to the reception to ask, the receptionist still replied that the room would be ready in 1 hour. As a result, I had to wait another 15 minutes (when I had strongly requested urgent room cleaning, because my family was very tired from Da Lat, asked if there was a vacant room, why didn't they let me in, the staff said that the guest's room was booked for tomorrow, so I had waited for more than 1 hour, why didn't they clean it for me first?).
I was not very satisfied with the hotel's amenities, when there was no dryer, no refrigerator, no water (essential things that a hotel must have). I felt very inconvenient.
And maybe the bedding was cleaned urgently so there was no time to wash and iron it, it looked quite dirty.
