The food is plentiful and delicious, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic. The space is beautiful and clean, the cost is reasonable. It's a pity that we spent time exploring the surrounding areas and didn't have time to use the swimming pool. We will come back!

Room smelled, checked in at 2pm, waited for more than 30 minutes for a room, the reason was because the previous guest had not checked out yet, the staff did not explain until after waiting for a long time, they answered the reason and just told us to wait, bad service

I booked 2 hotels in the morning, arrived in Da Nang at 4pm, the staff gave me a room and said that the other room was not ready yet, told my family to please wait for 1 hour and then the room would be ready, but after 1 hour, I went down to the reception to ask, the receptionist still replied that the room would be ready in 1 hour. As a result, I had to wait another 15 minutes (when I had strongly requested urgent room cleaning, because my family was very tired from Da Lat, asked if there was a vacant room, why didn't they let me in, the staff said that the guest's room was booked for tomorrow, so I had waited for more than 1 hour, why didn't they clean it for me first?). I was not very satisfied with the hotel's amenities, when there was no dryer, no refrigerator, no water (essential things that a hotel must have). I felt very inconvenient. And maybe the bedding was cleaned urgently so there was no time to wash and iron it, it looked quite dirty.

I booked in advance on the app and when I arrived, the room was full of mosquitoes and looked like no one had been there for a long time. The bathroom door was rickety, couldn't be locked or latched. I asked the staff if I could change to another room and they said there were no more rooms available. I couldn't sleep all night because there were so many mosquitoes and the mattress had a lot of dust.

I booked a room at 2pm but when I arrived, the hotel said the room had not been checked out and asked me to stay in another room. I didn't get to check in to the room I booked until 6pm. Too bad.

The hotel is terrible, a scam, in general it's too bad, don't stay there, only stayed once and never stayed again.

The room is clean, everyone should rent it

I got a stuffy room, no windows, mosquitos in the room, yellow stained pillowcases, the hotel has 24/7 check-in, however I flew late and checked in around 11:30 pm, the hotel was closed so I had to ring the bell.

Cá nhân thấy khách sạn sạch sẽ, có máy nóng lạnh, điều hoà chỉ không có tủ lạnh 😂

Mất điện, tắm tối thì không có nước nóng, ti vi hỏng không xem được, phòng có mùi hôi.
