The hotel’s location is super strategic, right in the Blok M area, which made me really confident about staying here. The room was comfy and honestly better than I expected, especially for the price—it’s very student-budget friendly. The staff were absolutely lovely and really helpful. The room was always kept clean. It genuinely felt just like home.

The hotel was decent for transit, but the unpleasant part was the noisy guests who were there until around 3 a.m., and there was no follow-up from the hotel. This really disrupted my rest time.

The location is close to Blok M. There are many places to eat and transportation is easy to get everywhere. But the room is very dimly lit, like a dim light. The only light in the room is by the bed and it is not bright. The bathroom light is even brighter. The room is very small. The TV does not work. I have called the staff several times but they never came to the room for repairs until check out time.
