Toilet not clean properly. Water filter not function. The sheets have a slightly unpleasant smell. The color of the sheets is a bit unpleasant.

Very dissatisfied! Narrow room space. There is no room for prayer. Hot room. The water is very slow. Flush toilet has to refill with water 😠 First time check in hotel can only get a small piece of may soap while booking a family room. Although I did bring it myself, but the first time I saw such a hotel. Dirty sheets, yellow spots here and there, thin pillows, very uncomfortable to sleep. There is no elevator, get a 2nd floor room and it is very unsuitable if you are on holiday bringing your mom and dad. If only to sleep alone without where it may be appropriate. When the second night can also be the neighbor next to the room who is having fun at 2 to 3 in the morning when people are asleep in a dream. Until you have to raise your voice, tell them to be quiet and then understand the language to be silent. Hope such people just disappear from this earth, making it difficult for others to rest. In conclusion, it is better to choose a hotel that is more suitable for vacation if in cameron highland. Highly recommended for you to sleep in this hotel.

Too bad, no aircond no report fans on who keep their list desk ignorant, many reasons given, this is the worst hotel I've ever occupied from all over Malaysia including sabah and sarawak, the safety features are not always pointed out. Not a record at all. Very bad everything is not a good place for tourist to stay.

At 9 pm water supply was not in the bathroom / toilet, had to move room from 1 to 2, water was not enough, worry about disconnected water supply, had to buy mineral bottled water.

They are no staff when i arrive there, i call also not answered, already inform will arrive at the hotel early on the morning and lastly have to sleep at car.

Very unsatisfactory, until the door of the room was uncovered, the sheets and blankets dirty, the pillowcase was empty. TV is available but remote, water heater is not functioning, toilet is not flush and dirty at rm155, it is not very expensive and frustrating, please improve the quality of hotel service.

In the 70's this hotel was considered great. Understand now the 2018 season.

There's cockroach and the room have no toiletries as shown in ad. Slow wifi. Old and dirty bedsheet. No fan. Not worth the price.

The room was dirty and all the bed sheet and blanket were dirty too like never wash it, there are still so many stains there. Even they never mop or clean the fan until the dust was super a lot there and the service was bad too.

Prices are not worth the cost. Wifi pon xde. In the booking bookings there is a fan with an aircond, huhuhu. It's good that the story won't stay here anymore.

The bed was uncomfortable. Bed linen and blankets are not clean. Not recommended for those who want to stay with family.

Best, service is ok, but needs to be improved again, it needs to update the room for customer comfort, at reasonable price.

They should do housekeeping in the room on time. We arrived 2 hours late than check in time, but still we get dirty room, unchanged bed sheets, trash on the table. Rm150 was not worth at all. I hope they can improve on their service.

Not recommended for family vacation.

The cleanliness is not satisfying since I was having a baby. The bed sheet also looks like not changing after customer checked out. Thanks. Please improve for further.
