It was a great stay here, with all the amenities in the apartment. The owner provided a free upgrade. The room was very spacious and perfect for a family vacation. They also provided delicious chocolate cookies. Thank you ❤️

This is the best apartment I have ever stayed during my time in Kuala Lumpur. My kids love the huge room, comfy beds and pillows, and it's nearby to Suria KLCC. The check out process is also so easy. Would love to go back here again for the next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

There was some damage to the door and it was not responsive when extended so the facility should have been re-equipped the next day.

1. The price is relatively cheap 2. The quality of the room and space is good and comfortable 3. Nice view of central KL 4. Very bad service, not a hotel standard. The receptionist does not want to serve because it is through individual sales: individual contact, check in must meet the agent and takes time 5. Room cleaning service is lacking 6. Far from food stalls and shopping places 7. Towel and mineral water services are lacking

Stayed 1 night, had a comfortable and relaxing stay between connecting flights.

Good location near to interesting places, spacious apartment with 2 rooms, a living room, and a kitchen. Limited access to the sky deck because we don't have an access card. Also, access to the room was a little bit difficult because we had to ask staff to tap the access card.

Very nice space and location. But my card was declined.

The room access card is always problematic/cannot be accessed, every time I want to go out I have to confirm with the counter to help me access the lift to the room

Room access card always has problem. Can't access elevator to room.
