Place is really far from Station 1 and 2 as this is located at the far end of the island but very nice. Staff is very accommodating and food is okay. WiFi connection is a bit weak but okay if you want to relax more.

It's a bit late at station 3 that you need to pedicab to the station 2 kSi far but it's good for the staff to be super nice plus the cleanliness of the room as well as the food. More tloy midnight snack si breakfast. Thanks kaiyana!

I have mixed feelings about Kaiyana. Our room was really nice, we were upgraded to the Family Room due to our original room was said to be right beside the construction but the entire property in fact was actually right beside the construction. We were informed beforehand so that's okay. There were constructions on both sides of the property, not their fault. Their staff are all professional and friendly except on our last night they locked our room after cleaning it and the staff on night shift didn't have any idea how to unlock the door so my kids had to wait couple of hours outside before they figured out how to unlock our room. Also, my original booking was for 4 adults, I was under the impression that children can stay free since that's the standard rule on accommodation. On our 5th night though when my sister arrived who was supposed to be the 4th adult, I was charged a thousand pesos for an extra person per night on top of the amount I already paid. Didn't complain but I honestly felt ripped off. Their price is steep and you can actually book a better accommodation in station 2 for the same amount. We had a great stay but we would probably stay in station 2 when we return. Kaiyana is at the far end of station 3 and walk to the main road is difficult, you have to walk really far and the road going there is uphill. Everything is far from their location. There is a cheap and authentic Japanese eat nearby, that I guess is our only favorite thing in this area. Their menu is very limited and food is not cheap.
